All this while, we have been talking about english pancakes.
But do you know that there are many more variations of pancakes?
For this last entry, I will introduce to you a few other variations, so fret not!
One of it is known as crepe.Crepe is commonly known and is very popular in france.
It is a much thinner layer than pancakes and is usually served with sweet savoury fillings such as ice-cream or even fruits!
Due to its thin layer, the mouthfeel is crispy.( the same mouthfeel when you eat crackers!)

Secondly, lets find somewhere closer among the Asians.
Another variation would be commonly known among the Malays here and
it is called Apam Balik (Ban Chian Kuih in chinese)and can be easily bought at Geylang Serai.
This apam balik however has a unique filling inside it .
It can be filled with ground peanut with sugar or even sweet corn!

And so, I have finally come to the end of my assignments of pancakes.
Just hope, that you did not drool over these pictures*winks*
Hopefully, by now you have known at least 3 types of pancakes =)
So, which one of the pancakes would you prefer?
